It is also one of the most important places of furniture collections in the Ming and Qing. Its collections represent exquisite craftsmanship. For centuries, the Summer Palace is a place for exhibiting abundant and diverse classical furnishings in the Ming and Qing, such as traditional furniture for sitting and sleeping, placing objects and shielding, etc. The vast majority of furniture is exquisite in crafts, rich and delicate in materials. It is a microcosm for exhibiting deep cultural connotation of imperial gardens.
